DIGITAL PRODUCTS, LICENSE, DISCLAIMER AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All products sold by Shield Forms are digital products delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Upon purchase, the customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased templates, forms, planners, policies, and related materials within their own business operations.

Customers may customize, edit, print, and use the purchased materials for their own business purposes.

Customers may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, transfer, publish, upload, or otherwise distribute the purchased materials to any third party.

• Offer the templates as standalone products, whether free or paid.

• Claim ownership of the templates or any portion thereof.

• Use the materials to create competing template products for sale or distribution.

• Remove copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary notices contained within the materials.

All templates, documents, forms, graphics, layouts, branding, product descriptions, downloads, and related content available through Shield Forms remain the exclusive intellectual property of Shield Forms and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Purchase of any product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. Only a limited license to use the materials is granted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shield Forms shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use, misuse, modification, implementation, interpretation, or reliance upon any materials purchased through this website.

The customer assumes full responsibility for the use of all purchased materials and for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and professional standards.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Shield Forms product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth in this section.
